Lower purchase and follow-up cost

Compare the prices of the Speedstar wrappers with other solutions available on the market and you will notice a considerable difference in cost. On top of that, the Speedstar devices do not require pre-cut cellophane and can be fed industrial polypropylene rolls directly. This sharply reduces the cost of cellophane per package.

This means great savings per packaged product. You can expect cellophane costs of around 1 cent per packaging.

Flexible Format Settings

All SpeedStar 1 models can process any packagings up to a sheet width of 280 mm ( Speedstar 3= 500mm). It only takes about 2-3 minutes to insert a different roll and start processing a different format. Nothing needs to be adjusted mechanically on the Speedstar.

If you plan to process different formats you can also add an optional cutting unit that cuts the cellophane to a desired width.




Fast and precise

After a short training phase, a user can easily achieve 200-300 packages per hour. The wrapping process is easy to learn and the machine is very easy to operate.
