The LAB510S-II table-top, fully portable labeller automatically applies adhesive labels with a throughput of up to 4000 per hour. Typical uses include plastic cards, letters, pressure lock or vacuum sealed bags, print magazines, CD/DVD Cases, carton packaging for perfume or pharmaceuticals, food products etc.. – in short, any flat objects. The LAB510 can operate standalone or be integrated into a production line. Several LAB510 units can be arranged in a chain to form a complete labelling assembly line to apply, bar-codes, serial numbers, seals, price tags or any other type of label or seal including Scratch Off labels for lottery cards.
Automatic Labelling
With the LAB510S-II professional labeller you can easily apply labels, bar-codes, stickers, price tags, etc. on any flat packaging product with a thickness of up to 50mm, a width of 320mm and a length of up to 400mm. The LAB510 can process paper as well as plastic labels directly from the reel or folded carrier. Alternatively you can also process seals with a transparent or opaque carrier.
Automatic feeding magazine
The FD500 feeding magazine is included with the LAB510 and processes CD sleeves made out of paper, plastic or tyvek, CD-JewelCases, CD-Slim, DVD-Cases and every other flat product. With a height of 325mm the magazine can typically contain 220 CD sleeves or 34 CD cases and be continuously refilled while operating.
Sealing of envelopes (Option FF500)
With the optional automatic feeding magazine
the LAB510 can automatically fold the envelopes of CD sleeves made out of paper or tyvek and other similar products. Instead of having to use siliconized envelopes you can also seal envelopes with a sticker after they've been folded.
Sealing (Option TT500)
With the TT500 option, seals can be put on to front side of CD-Cases or on CD cartons. For sealing you can use labels which are made out of paper or plastic, transparent or opaque.
