The LAB510RR table-top labeller unit automatically applies adhesive labels from one roll onto another with a throughput of 4,200 per hour. In certain production and packaging lines it's economically advantageous to apply smaller labels such as pricetags, barcodes or serial numbers onto existing larger labels containing more detailed product and/or corporate identity information. The LAB510RR accurately applies labels from one roll onto another and winds the combined label roll back up in order for it to be used immediately. This reduces costs and turnaround times compared to having the complete label produced at print shops with flex or offset machines.
