Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We recommend that insurance is paid.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Goods

Claims for faulty and damaged goods should be notified to us, in writing, within 7 days of receipt.

All our goods are supplied with a return to base warranty as standard, it is therefore the customer's responsibility to return the goods should inspection be needed under warranty.

All goods being returned under warranty must be returned in the original packaging, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for any damage in transit.

The consumer contracts regulations 2013

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 calendar days of delivery for any unused items.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of your notice to cancel.

Refund 14 days from receipt of returned goods.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods in their original packaging, unless they are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Delivery Service

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order to either your home address or to your place of work.

Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 4PM the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.

We aim to deliver within 5 working days, but sometimes due to high order volume, please allow 7 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Orders are sent out via Royal Mail or courier service (which will need a signature). If you are not present, a card will be left to advise you what the next procedure is.

Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost.
